Anchor to Scale: Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model The Collective is a monthly subscription service. By joining, you authorize a recurring monthly charge at your locked-in Founding Member rate of £65pm. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, the following conditions apply to protect the integrity of the professional services provided.

2. Notice Period To stop the next scheduled payment, you must cancel at least 1 month prior to your next billing date by emailing gemma@anchortoscale.com.

3. Payment Status:

• Completed Work: If you cancel after we have completed and filed your tax return or accounts for the current period, no refunds will be issued for previous months, as the core professional service has been rendered.

• In-Progress Work: If you cancel while a tax filing is in progress, the service will cease immediately, and you will be responsible for your own filing unless otherwise agreed in a separate engagement letter. No refund will be made as you have benefitted from the community advisory and FreeAgent subscription to date.

4. No Pro-Rata Refunds We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Skool Community, the Scale Vault, and the Weekly Q&As until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Re-Entry Policy As a Founding member, your rate is locked. If you cancel and choose to re-join at a later date, you will lose your Founding Member status and will be required to join at the current market rate.

6. Termination of Professional Relationship As this is a professional accountancy engagement, we reserve the right to terminate membership if the "Founder's Pledge" is breached or if the professional relationship becomes untenable.
